Her One-Of-A-Kind "altered photographs" are created on stretched canvas and altered with mixed media. They are quite unique, mysterious, seductive and timeless. ______________ Jean relocated back to the Metro Detroit area after living in The San Francisco Bay Area for 24 years. Jean received her BFA in photography from Detroit's College For Creative Studies. ____________ Jean's art often conveys concepts of nostalgia and detailed observation of Mother Nature. She finds beauty in decay and loves abandoned artifacts, dolls and toys.
